Nourkrin® post pregnancy tablets 3 month update

Over 3 months ago I have started testing Nourkrin® post pregnancy tablets (£29.95) as I'm suffering with a postpartum hair loss. 

It is quite upsetting to realise that my wonderful, long hair are not so wonderful anymore. The amount of hair I have lost after one shower wash was shocking. I was on a verge of crying every single time I looked at my loose hair and wanted to shave what I had left as I thought that nothing can fix it.  I was taking 1 tablet a day after the morning meal, sometimes I forgot to take it straight after I've eaten which I think majorly changes the effect of the tablets.

In months 3 I didn't see any difference at all. Since I had a haircut my hair grew longer but it could be either due to the tablet or the nature. What was really surprising is that after month 3 I still have few loose hair and I have also noticed that my hair were greasy quicker than ever, again not sure if it's due to the the effect of the tablets or natural.

I have 3 more boxes to maintain the good looking hair, hopefully by the end of the 6 months trial I will have beautiful, healthy hair thanks to Nourkrin®.

Nourkrin® post pregnancy tablets 2 month update

I have started using Nourkrin® post pregnancy tablets (£29.95) couple of month ago as I'm suffering with a postpartum hair loss. Here is my 1st month update if you are interested to follow the progress from the very beginning.

Each pack has 30 tablets which lasts 1 month. If I'm not being forgetful I take (you are required to take) 1 tablet a day in the morning after the food.

Since I have started using Nourkrin® post pregnancy tablets I could see that if I take tablets as required my hair are silky, feel soft and if I forget to take a few it won't look as healthy. 
I was quite surprised as to how soft they are, I can compare it to after effect of a hair treatment or hair mask. 

As in between the "treatments" I had a hair cut and bleached my hair they felt "tired" and hard to touch, I even noticed split ends, but Nourkrin® post pregnancy tablets fixed it quite quickly. How can tablets fix split ends?! Sounds hard to believe but I "check" my hair every day and I can see the difference. 
I can't say that I had a massive hair growth spurt in these 2 months, I think it might be down to me missing a tablet every other day. But I can see small-ish hair under my fringe growing and overall condition of my hair is much better.

Nourkrin® post pregnancy tablets 1 month update

If you remember over a month ago I have started taking Nourkrin® post pregnancy tablets (£29.95) as I suffer with postpartum hair loss. 

I was extremely excited to start the course as I didn't feel beautiful for a long time and after unsuccessful hair therapy at the local hairdressers I needed something that will definitely work.

One pack has 30 tablets which will last 1 month. I am taking 1 tablet daily in the morning after the food as recommended.

I must admit I have days when I forget to take a tablet, especially if distracted but I try my best and if missed one day I will make sure to take a tablet the next day.

For the first few weeks I didn't notice any results but couple of weeks later I noticed that my hair are softer to touch, look healthier and I certainly noticed less hair in my drain.

Postpartum hair loss

During my pregnancy I was chatting to other mums-to-be on different forums and none of us ever spoke or mentioned hair loss simply because we didn't know how common it is post-pregnancy.

I have obviously heard about hair loss after giving birth but I was convinced that it would never happen to me. 

It happened at once, I went to take a quick a shower when L was just few weeks old and what I saw in my hand surprised and shocked me at the same time- lots of hair in the bath and my body. Every time I washed my hair or touched them more hair would fall off. 
I was surprised but didn't take any action at first, I started noticing more and more hair in my hand, in the bath, on my pillow, on my clothes. Some day I would cry in the bath as it was so upsetting and thinking that the best solution would be to cut the hair short or to shave them all. When I have asked other new mums they said that they are experiencing exactly the same problem and that it will pass.

It is not so easy to get used to these changes, my fringe looks bare and awful, hair has no volume. It got slightly better since then but now hair loss is back with a bang!
